RETURNS INFORMATION

We guarantee all products for quality and intended use. We offer standard product warranty on all items. We are here to help. Contact us if you have a concern.

We fully comply with The Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides basic rights for consumers to return goods that they have bought, including if they are faulty, don’t match samples, or doesn’t perform as expected. Please contact us if you have any problems or concerns as soon as possible. The standard warranty does not cover any damage caused during transit, accidental damage and damage due to misuse or unintended use.

The customer agrees that if the purchased items are for a particular purpose or are required to possess special or uniform characteristics, the customer will clearly specify that purpose or those characteristics to us before purchase or at the time of placing the order for those items. No claims against fitness for purpose will be valid or applicable without such enquiries or instructions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the customer agrees that unless expressly agreed by us in writing, the customer has made own enquiries in relation to the suitability of the goods and does not rely on website content or representations by us in relation to their suitability for a particular purpose or any steps may need to be taken in relation to their use.

The appearance & colours of the actual products may be slightly different to the website representations because of the viewed screen make, resolution, settings and surrounding environment. Moreover, certain items made from natural materials such as wood, tree fibres, etc. will have natural variations in colours and patterns.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us prior to the order dispatch. We are unable to cancel any order once it has been dispatched. We are here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible – earlier the better.

RETURNS FOR PRODUCT RELATED ISSUES

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If any of our delivered items is faulty or doesn’t match description or doesn’t perform as expected or we sent you the wrong item- we will refund your money in full, including postage. If you have received a wrong item, or the product has been damaged in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods received for fault or damage. Please note that we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery for the warranty to apply.

As an online seller, we reserve the right to inspect and assess the returned defective product first to determine the best way to apply the warranty, if applicable. When requesting service or return of faulty products you must comply with directions from our staff in relation to troubleshooting, fault assessment and the return procedure in a timely manner. In most cases we will require proof of damage or incorrect item sent or product fault via photos or videos emailed to us.

RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

For change of mind returns- We are here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible – earlier the better. We will respond back quickly. We have a No-Questions-Asked 14-day money back guarantee. You can return your order if you change your mind or do not need the product- No Problems. Items will need to be returned within 14 days of you receiving them- Unused, Unsoiled and in Original Undamaged Packaging in a resaleable condition.

Products can be exchanged with items of same value. It may take up to 14 days to process the exchange. For change of mind- the buyer is responsible for all associated postage costs.

Please note: Some products in the categories of: Personal Use, Baby & Kids, Beddings,  Hygiene/Health & Medical, Food, etc. cannot be returned due to the health & safety reasons.

Only the product values will be refunded; not the shipping fee. You will be responsible for the return postage charge. Restocking fee may apply for some items like consumer electronics, heavy bulky items, etc., at our discretion.

These days, many deliveries follow ATL (Authority to Leave) concept and will leave your order parcel at the shipping address according to your instructions or in a suitable safe location. When it is not possible, the order parcel may be taken to a nearby Australia Post outlet or another collection depot.

RTS (Return to Sender) – Order delivery not accepted by the customer or returned due to incorrect address or brought back due to customer not being available for delivery or pickup will be treated as change of mind return.

RETURNS PROCESS

All returns need to be authorised. You must only return the item with an order specific RMA number and to the return address provided. Please do not send any items back without the order specific RMA number and the correct return address provided by us. Our return addresses are in Australian capital cities across Australia.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our website’s pricing and content. In case of a technical, pricing or content error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

REFUNDS INFORMATION

Refund will be processed via the original payment method. For example; an order payment with VISA card will be refunded back to the same VISA card.

Shipping costs AustraliaWide: AU$7.99 for 0-500g, AU$12.99 for 0.5kg-3kg. Over 3kg – based on weight & delivery postcode.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We ship out most orders the same or the next business day from payment.

Delivery times are between 2-10 days across Australia. The delivery times (ETA) are estimates only. We use Couriers & Australia Post to deliver your orders on time & responsibly. These are companies are external to us. We don’t have any control over or access to their operations or systems.

Most orders are delivered on time & without any issue. We are always here to help you as much as we possibly can. However, we will not be held responsible for delays or loss or damage related to deliveries.

In case the couriers and transport service providers are unable to deliver to your shipping address, we will notify you as soon as possible and try to find a solution. If that is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

If an order is rejected on our website, we will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time after the order has been submitted.
